1 Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
After Dispatch: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving the product.

2 Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is significantly different from the description
- Product is missing parts or accessories
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or if the product has been used/damaged by the customer.

3 How to Initiate a Return

Step 1 — Contact Us
Email us at info@smrpay.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged).

Step 2 — Return Approval
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and send you a return approval with instructions.

Step 3 — Ship the Product
Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Keep the tracking number safe.

Step 4 — Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
4 Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, card, wallet).
- Shipping charges (₹49) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- COD orders: refunds are transferred via bank transfer — please provide your bank details when raising a return request.
Bank processing times may vary. If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.
